Since becoming a Professional Home Organizer I have met many people who have lost their Sparkle. Somewhere along their journey life took a wrong turn, or two, and left them feeling overwhelmed, often lonely and living in fear. Now their homes, mind, body and spirit all reflect that. Unable to move forward they are surrounded with mounting anxiety and depression sometimes the state of affairs in their home have put their relationships in jeopardy as well.

Having met so many people in this situation lead to me to co-create with two other Professional Organizers the "New Beginnings Plan". A plan that would allow us to cover all areas of a person's life, referring to other professionals when needed to help bring life back into balance. Other times it is just a little nudge on the "reset button" that needs to be activated. This is the plan for you if you have found life has resulted in clutter in your home, mind, body and spirit.
This method of organizing is a combination of life coaching, counselling, teaching and hands on organizing that produces amazing life transformations! During our first consultation we discuss the reality of where you are now and start setting goals. In an open and honest discussion we talk about your self-care, current eating habits, hobbies, friends, exercise patterns, how your stress is being managed, sleep patterns, spiritual beliefs, the chaos in your home and more.
